Pros
The company is quite unstructured, leaving a lot of space for high performers to pick up additional responsibilities and gain experience. There's a flip side to this because once you started doing something (even if it's not in your job spec), it becomes your responsibility, but I personally liked it because you can basically grow your skills set by taking up more responsibilities and none will stop you.
Cons
No transparency in terms of decision making, very little to no top-down communication, and no clear transparent performance management and bonus policy.
