Pros
this job might suit you if you’re seeking diverse experiences and are willing to endure late payments and a heavy workload. However, if financial stability and work-life balance are not priorities for you, I would recommend.
Cons
Scam-Like Environment: The company feels full of scams, from the HR department to the owner. There’s a lack of transparency in operations, and promises made during the hiring process often go unfulfilled. No PF deductions Even they dont provide ID card, even they dont have payment system. If you leave this company ,and try to join other company they say your job experience and payslips are all fake. Excessive Workload: Employees are consistently given an overwhelming amount of work. The expectations are unrealistic, leading to a stressful work environment where you’re always on the brink of burnout. Low Salary: The compensation does not match the workload. You’ll find that the salary is significantly lower than industry standards, making it difficult to justify the effort and time you invest. Delayed Payments: One of the most frustrating aspects is the payment schedule. Salaries often come after two months, which can be financially crippling. This lack of timely payment creates a sense of instability and anxiety among employees.
