Pros
The HR manager is top notch and takes care of the employees. Small company feel. Management is laid back. Clients are interesting and work is usually low stress. Boise office had weekly BBQs. Free soda and snacks.
Cons
Neither "hard work" or "slacking off" is appropriately recognized. There was one employee that consistently cheated on his hours and everyone knew it. He was often only in the office 6-7 hours a day but logged over 40 hours per week. Many of us formally complained to management, but since he was (dishonestly) billing a lot of time to the client, they didn't care. Alternatively, others that were actually putting in real overtime hours and being honest with their logging were often not rewarded, nor recognized appropriately for their efforts.
