There are no pros according to me.

They were not upfront with the entire hiring process. They asked for a joining fee since they would be training or teaching a course. I wouldn't pay any amount for that course, one would find better courses for free on youtube. They try to get to join you and tell you they will be giving back the joining fees once they get you a job which is a false statement because then they send you to another affiliate organization of their who will ask for an exorbitant amount of money to market your resume and give the same spiel of giving it back after they find you the job. There is no guarantee that they will find you one. So I saved my self from paying the next amount. Please beware this is a total SCAM.
