Pros
State of the art in many areas of Lab Diagnostics. Huge Labs an Lab networks are a very complex topic that will become more and more common in the future, due to lab concentration trend.
Cons
Owned by Private Equity Fund, last one acquired Synlab and Labco in 2015 and put in place a very aggressive savings plan that entails hundreds (if not thousands ...) lay-offs, not really taking into account company's quality or even regulatory requirements . Management does not care about people needs, motivation, listnening etc., although this "values" are regulary emphasized in every congress and in lots ofcorporate communication.
