      Good benefits. People are generally very helpful and nice.

      Cons

      Its ok to put the wrong person at the wrong position. But when it becomes toxic, we have to cut off the weed.

      Nice people, management is not restrictive, labs are well-supplied, good attitude

      Cons

      It may be difficult to work with people who speak a lot of different languages, but English is the default and it's not a problem
