      My group was great. The culture was great. Things could be better if middle and upper management got to know their employees on a personal level.

      Some of the challenges was a lack of resources, training and professional development.

      Nice people, management is not restrictive, labs are well-supplied, good attitude

      Cons

      It may be difficult to work with people who speak a lot of different languages, but English is the default and it's not a problem
