Developmental Sales Representative - Anonymous employee Syngenta Employee Review

There was a lot of miscommunication with my program between upper management and my local team. I did not know what my job duties were and there was a lot of “sitting around”. I learned a lot about sales but never got the opportunity to try and “make a sale”. I eventually left because I was told by a few members of the company (some clients) I “should look for employment elsewhere” and needed to go back to school.
