      Great company with engaging values, size to make and impact and vision. Big enough to allow for internal vertical and horizontal moves to allow for a tailored career path

      Cons

      Pace of changes is a bit more rapid than needed, leading people to question sustainability of the implemented adjustments. Back and forth moves.

      Nice people, management is not restrictive, labs are well-supplied, good attitude

      Cons

      It may be difficult to work with people who speak a lot of different languages, but English is the default and it's not a problem
