      flexibility, but that is manager dependent

      Cons

      pay, ethics, no paid sick time but you are required to see subjects that have cold and flu symptoms. Executive Managament team is out of touch with the actual sites conducting the trials. Study work load is heavy but all upper Management cares about is getting more people in the door faster no matter the quality of the person.

Company takes pride in fostering an exceptional company culture and great benefits. Overall a great company!
