We value all input and take all genuine comments seriously as we strive to improve our Company. However, for untruth or distorted information, we would like to make the following statements.
1. The work assignments are determined by skillset, seniority, and measurable contribution, not personal preference. Similarly, salary increments are directly tied to an employee’s performance and impact. We understand that in any environment, interpersonal conflicts and individual perceptions of favor or dislike may occur; however, if these issues are external to performance, contribution, or company policy, they fall outside of the company’s direct control. If any employee feels the environment is unhappy, we strongly encourage them to formally escalate the issue to HR for prompt and confidential review.
2. Our HR team operates on the Business Partner (HRBP) model. This means they are required to have a deep, strategic understanding of departmental operations, business functions, and team workflows. This cross-functional knowledge is essential for talent management, resource planning, etc.
3. We do not allow a blaming culture. Management is committed to providing hands-on support and direction when staff face project challenges. However, accountability is essential in a company. When any issue arises, we are required to question, review, and analyze the root causes. This process is a learning opportunity, aimed at improving processes and preventing recurrence, which is a normal situation for every performing company. We acknowledge that different individuals have different thinking, and some may interpret necessary questioning as "blame"
4. The KPI setting is based on thorough market, past performance or any data benchmarks. Majority of our client KPIs are consistently achieved; 80% of our clients have maintained relationships with us for more than five years, with some clients having been with us since the company's beginning. We acknowledge that market factors or unforeseen variables can sometimes impact a specific project, but we work transparently with clients when strategic adjustments are necessary.
5. We highly value proactive problem identification. Management actively encourages staff to make mistakes and learn from them, as long as the same mistakes are not repeated. Management views raising challenges not as a sign of incompetence, but as an opportunity for the team member to propose and own the solution that drives long-term process improvement. We encourage all employees to bring forward issues with a solution-oriented mindset. Our existing long-term staff are very familiar with this approach and culture.
