Pros
The training process is very detailed and the supervisors take there time to make sure that you understand the information before you get on the phones. It's a good work environment and management is usually willing to work with your schedule. This was my first call center experience and it was a great way to start.
Cons
When calls are slow there is VTO that is given which in the end leads to lack of hours worked.
