Pros

-The people that work at Synergy are amazing. Smart, fun, friendly, outgoing. - Work with great ad agencies/start-ups/media companies so people have the potential to make some money -Laid back environment when the CEO isn't around. -Great learning environment

Cons

-THE CEO. Do yourself a huuuge favor and just stop going into the office- let the Account Managers run the business. You are the reason people quit. -He is the worst kind of micro manager- unless he sees you chained to your desk from 9-6 he doesn't believe you are working. -Unless you are a male, you will never have career progression. Only hires (blonde) females right out of college and gives men the upper hand to make a lot of money - Zero diversity *He also made everyone write the positive reviews so take them with a grain of salt.

Pros

Synergy is an incredible place to work, and I feel fortunate to have been part of the team for several years. Starting as an interactive recruiter, I’ve worked my way up to a senior recruiter, thanks to the supportive environment and growth opportunities. I love the team, the career development, and seeing my hard work pay off. While recruiting can be challenging, the unwavering support from my colleagues makes all the difference.

Cons

I will let you know when I come up with something.

Pros

- minimal involvement - consistent pay schedule

Cons

- does nothing to advocate for you as the contract worker - poor communication (delay on emails, typos, unhelpful, unresponsive) - disconnect between you (contract worker) and the client - takes an unknown, undisclosed percentage of your pay from the client throughout the duration of your contract and does nothing to help you—the consultant—after hiring you
