      Coworkers are friendly, will help you. Small so you know almost everyone.

      Cons

      Still doing things same way as they did years ago. Not cutting edge, yet will try new idea without reasearching. Very uneven skill set in managing company.

      Pros

      Mostly work from home, you can invest in stock of the company, thats about it

      Cons

      Micromanaging like crazy, special treatment for certain employees, rules changing without warning, getting called out in group chats/calls for mistakes, etc. There's an awful lot unfortunately.
