Great atmosphere and supportive management.

No cons- position was not a good fit.

Mostly work from home, you can invest in stock of the company, thats about it

Micromanaging like crazy, special treatment for certain employees, rules changing without warning, getting called out in group chats/calls for mistakes, etc. There's an awful lot unfortunately.
