      Pros

      I'm so happy I landed at Synergy HR. The management team is supportive and always available to provide guidance when needed. They genuinely care about their employees, which contributes to a positive work environment. Everyone is super friendly, making it a nice place to work. I appreciate the chance to interact with everyone, from my colleagues to our clients. Each day offers new connections and experiences that I value.

      Cons

      The only con I can think of comes from my side. I'm new to HR and am still in a bit of a learning curve but I learn more every day and feel pretty competent these days!

      Pros

      Gets you interviews, and may have fast hiring.

      Cons

      Dishonest. Signed me up for a six-month contract with a law firm. I gave notice at my current job under some pressure from Synergy to be available for the new job. I started Monday. Synergy called Thursday to say the law firm had decided to go with someone with more experience. Friday would be my last day. I didn't give two weeks' notice at my last job so was ineligible for rehire. And nobody cared.
