Great company to work for. I've been with Synergy Florida for almost 5 years. It is a company owned business with a great reputation and is well respected in the industry; acquiring a number of top leading awards at industry functions. The technicians are well trained and are very knowledgeable with keeping up with the newest in technology. The sales team is very driven, dedicated and always has the best interest of the homeowner's needs & wants first. They'll assist new buyers in making the right purchase for their homes. Never have I experienced a high pressured sales approach and the buyers leave raving comments about their showroom experiences.
A solid Christian based company, putting God first, volunteering to local ministries, doing regular food drive donations, clothing collections and offsite volunteer work with organizations similar to Habitat for Humanity, etc. My experience has and still is very positive working at Synergy. My coworkers are professional and I consider them my work family. We all genuinely care about one another. The owners/management are equally as nice and truly care about their associates. Synergy Florida gives back to associates with regularly scheduled Employee Appreciation luncheons, BBQ, outings and a Christmas party. We recently all enjoyed ourselves at a AutoBahn Go-Kart outing at each branch....lots of fun, lots of laughter and a friendly competition amongst each other.
