Thank you so much for your review!
First off, I would like to thank you for the kind words in the Pros, and for the accurate description of what we actually do and what the focus is for our entry-level employees. We, including myself, try our very best to make sure people with little or no experience in sales are set up for success BEFORE they hit the field.
As far as your cons, I wish you would have included something a little more constructive, but thank you, nonetheless.
You're right, I don't have a business degree. My degree is in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from a private university. However, this did not stop me from working hard, learning the ropes, and doing what I had to do to open a business in something I'm passionate about, which is sales and business. I hope you learn in time that the piece of paper you walked across the stage for doesn't define your future, but that you do.
As for being heavily focused of numbers and competition. Yes we are. That's not a con to me. It's sales. Find a sales company that isn't focused on your numbers.
MLMs, or network marketing, is a system designed off of word-of-mouth referral, and are paid out 2 revenue streams, commissions and recruits. We have one revenue stream, which is the salary or commission structures that we outline in the new hire paperwork (that every single new hire signs and agrees to). No one makes money off of word of mouth selling, no one makes more money by recruiting people, and NO ONE has to buy into my company to work with me.
Again, thank you for your review, and I will have my management team as a whole read 7 Habits again, so great suggestion. I wish you all the best! -Aladin Ganibegovic, President
