      Pros

      This is a boutique firm owned by two technologists. Because they know the business, they don't ask stupid questions of candidates and do a good job of matching a person to a position. They have long-term clients and seem to be well regarded by them. I found contracting with Synergistic easy and straight-forward, and have freely recommended them to co-workers. Referrals are the highest praise to give.

      Cons

      This is a small firm so the opportunities aren't as plentiful as with larger agencies. But the experience is better.

      I am so grateful I was hired by Synergistic Systems! The culture is so positive, caring, and the staff went out of their way to help me as I started a new role. The company truly cares about your career and where you want to go. Communication is great, clear and concise. The job expectations were communicated in candid conversations. I felt apart of a family with this company.

      Cons

      My experience was great. No cons presented itself during my tenure.
