      Pros

      It is honestly a great place to work because of the work culture. The senior team promotes open communication and work-life balance; they really value family life so they ensure that you understand that as well. Their are free lunches, happy hours, family engagements and the other benefits including health-care and such aren't too shabby either!

      Cons

      There are 200 hours of PTO, however, if you need to take off because of a holiday, you would need to deduct that from your bucket of PTO.

      Pros

      The culture at Synergist is so inclusive and fun! There are various opportunities for employees to get involved in different activities like free lunch Thursdays, where employees can chose to meet at the office and eat the provided lunch together. There are also some employees that get together and play an online game called Blood on the ClockTower certain days of the month. The benefits are very competitive and I would recommend Synergist any day of the week, hands down.
