      Decent company with some great projects but highly depends on who you are staffed with and if you play the politics well. Can learn on your own if curious to do so.

      Not collaborative, no centralized repository of templates or past projects, no training for junior staff

      Bonus unstable for number of year. Not significant opportunity to move up.

      You are never bored due to constant work

      Cons

      Lab is run horribly. Sample Management never sees promotions. Starting salary is good and then you’re trapped in quicksand. I was graded as the highest possible rating for my merit increase and got a $0.26 hourly increase. The company doesn’t care about everyone working on the back end of studies.
