      Pros

      Lots of room to develop, grow, and gain promotion. Many wonderful coworkers.

      Cons

      Merit raises are very low and do not keep up with inflation, meaning that for every year you stay here, you’re earning less. Promotion raises are very small as well, which drives turnover.

      You are never bored due to constant work

      Cons

      Lab is run horribly. Sample Management never sees promotions. Starting salary is good and then you’re trapped in quicksand. I was graded as the highest possible rating for my merit increase and got a $0.26 hourly increase. The company doesn’t care about everyone working on the back end of studies.
