Flexible hours (if you are ready to work a lot). Homeworking. It is better to well deal when you accept the position.
Cons
Inefficient tools, HR and IT (both outsourced) and management. Poor training on Syneos tools or processes so a lot of time wasted to look for information in several locations. A lot of IT issues and tools updates. Too many reporting tasks to management through tools providing discrepant information. Your career depends on your manager. Managers are there to evaluate not to support. Support may be very poor or even counter productive. Stress++++ and work/personnal life balance is often bad.
