      WFH. Good HMO. Decent salary rate. Flexible hours

      Not much benefits. Low salary increase rate. No christmas package. 13th month delayed to the last month.

      You are never bored due to constant work

      Cons

      Lab is run horribly. Sample Management never sees promotions. Starting salary is good and then you’re trapped in quicksand. I was graded as the highest possible rating for my merit increase and got a $0.26 hourly increase. The company doesn’t care about everyone working on the back end of studies.
