Cons
No money for merit, promos, constant turnover, constant counter offers, the only people that get promoted in HR are in corporate (you know the folks that support the corporate functions where no revenue is generated) . The only replacements that get brought in are folks that work at Iqvia where the head of HR used to work. That department puts its head in the sand and pretends like it’s a great place to work. Before you interview ask how many people in HR have resigned in the last six months GLOBALLY. It’s a very scary number and ask how high the turnover is per role that will scare you also. Favoritism is extremely obvious to everyone outside of HR and the money that gets taken away from employees annually is sad. Senior executives that have been there for years are now leaving. Do yourself a favor and stay away!! NO one cares about you especially HR!!
