      Good environment. Flexible timing. WFH Good package for starters. Friendly People .

      Cons

      No such cons. But difficult for Japanese language students to work in pharma field with detail work. No professional trainer available for Japanese project.

      You are never bored due to constant work

      Cons

      Lab is run horribly. Sample Management never sees promotions. Starting salary is good and then you’re trapped in quicksand. I was graded as the highest possible rating for my merit increase and got a $0.26 hourly increase. The company doesn’t care about everyone working on the back end of studies.
