Pros
Great vision for new CRO, abundant training, employee support
Cons
Growing pains. Integration means high volume of cross training and new SOPs while carrying full workload. Benefits are decent but not spectacular. Still a lot of disconnect between the 2 previous organizations but they are working to resolve this. I anticipate great possibility for a strong CRO here when integration is over, but the next year will be unavoidably rough.
