Supportive coworkers and a collaborative team environment • Gained valuable experience and took on responsibilities well beyond my role • Opportunities to learn, though not always fairly acknowledged

Cons

• Despite being promised a significant raise based on performance, I only received a standard cost-of-living adjustment • My contributions were consistently overlooked when it came time for recognition • Raises and promotions are not based on merit but on vague company metrics • Inequity in promotions and raises has created a culture of frustration and demotivation • Lack of transparency in decision-making processes around pay and advancement

Pros

- High quality cheap food - Lots of entry level positions

Cons

- An inefficient company with slow processes - Many missed opportunities in technology - Many missed opportunities in sales - Lack of agility, hustle and innovation - Low salary - A feeder company for the presumably higher paying Bet365 with seemingly no strategy to retain staff (Maybe this is a positive!) - A very visible layer of management and chosen employees that sit at the top forming an “in group” - Insular culture, probably driven by the "in group" as many have never held a job outside of Synectics Solutions If you decide to work here your success will only be measured on how popular you are with the inner circle, so buy gifts, make compliments and get involved in their social and sporting activities. Consider golf.
