      Good food option at the cantine. Good colleagues in some teams.

      Cons

      Discrimination in salries, home-office days, etc. between German employees and foreigners. Awful structure and way of working in Settlement team.

      Pros

      Great management. Technical stack of the projects very up to date. A lot of people involved in the software development process. Complex tasks with a great work-life balance. The management team is very professional and open minded in the same time. Overall it's a great experience.
