Pros
Growth - you are guaranteed to have growth opportunities here. There is always something new to learn and as fast as we are acquiring other companies, it is forced growth, which I love. Flexible schedule - I can have a life that isn't driven by me being in an office 5 days per week. If I need to take time off to do something with my family, I can. Benefits - medical/dental/vision and so on are good, but the 401k plan is awesome at a 4% match. Also, tuition reimbursement, leadership development, and financial planning are great benefits that you don't find everywhere. Pay is also at the top of the pro's.
Cons
We move fast - which isn't for everyone. It can be hard to get used to this type of environment, especially coming from a banking background. It isn't for everyone, as you can see in the negative comments. The internal communication between teams can be rough at times, but that happens everywhere.
