New hires get hired on making more than long term employees regardless if they have more or less experience, long term employees get overlooked for promotions, they promote people who have no idea how to do the job, they tolerate negativity and do not do anything about bullying/harassment, the pay is terrible compared to other places, yearly raises are usually a small percentage of what you currently make if they even give you one at all, too many meetings ending in nothing accomplished, company complains about budget but then will cater every meeting, there is no employee recognition, exceeding expectations gets you nowhere at this company
