Salary below standard manager having no management skill no hike lay off always , upper management having no clue . hiring and firing . Company is sinking and they are saying its work as usual at synchronoss no work from home attendance system is pen and paper by security --back to school days no structure- as always changing pathetic place to work for, no proper building, skill, cafeteria and many more equivalent to hell .
