      - Millenials to work with - Good, fun team members - Salaries are normally paid in time

      - Micromanagement in the shadow of flexi hours - No career progression - Lack of visioanry leadership - C level executives behave like entry level graduates, using foul language - Mental and sexual harrassment in the shadow of no tolerance on workplace harrassment policies

      Pros

      Good project management, no workload, managers are very cooperative, especially the marketing team, and the CEO is very humble & qualified. A very experience I had here.

      Cons

      No early salary raise here.
