      Pros

      IHiS is a big company. The communication between different department is good. You do not need to worry about that you cannot find the right person to solve your problem in this company.

      Cons

      I do not like the equipment provided by IHiS. The laptop I used in IHiS is old version of ThinkPad. The operating speed is slow and it really cost me a lot of time to do my work.

      The work to be done for the public healthcare industry is meaningful. The clients are generally very supportive

      Senior management is out of touch with the working level staff No sense of urgency or accountability in the work culture
