      Excellent high quality coworkers Good pay Autonomous work

      Cons

      Teterboro facility extremely lacking compared to competitors. Overall, US is de- emphasized globally while representing a large portion of consumers. Being a Euro centric company, they haven’t figured out how to crack the US market. Pls note Dr Bertram is no longer CEO (hello Glassdoor!)

      Small company so you get to know all of the people very well.

      Cons

      The leadership team doesn't have experience in roles that they currently serve in, causing issues with regulatory requirements and budget planning
