Pros
Experienced management and employees. Very well-funded. Great benefits and perks. Competitive compensation. Great learning opportunities. Friendly and intelligent employees and peers. Product is amazing. Seriously office culture is great with ping-pong tables, table soccer, catered lunch, fully stock pantry, work from anyway anyday.
Cons
Company is growing very fast so you have to adapt to a large influx of new people. The new people are also very qualified so you have your competition in place! Also because it is still *growing* so at the same time you have to be prepared for a heavier workload than working in a large corporation, and also be able to learn quickly on the job.
