Poor department manager - Anonymous employee Symphony Care Network Employee Review

Very dysfunctional staff. Manager has control issues and wants to desperately control something, so he demeans female staff. This particular manager has no leadership skills and needs a lot of retraining. He is very messy and likes to start tension in the department. Very unprofessional.
