Pros
When I first started it was a great place to work
Cons
Budget cuts caused the company to be extremely understaffed. Expect to work 9-10 hours a day in full sun with no time for breaks. There are no employment laws guaranteeing breaks in Hawaii and they take full advantage of that. I got heat exhaustion there multiple times. They give you great PTO but if you take it you are screwing over your coworkers who then have to work harder and longer. After working 9-10 hours in the sun you are still expected to do paper work and be available for emails and slack messages. Management are all first time managers. No experience. Very much a start up and everyone is treading water.
