Pros
No real pros besides some cool people to work with
Cons
- High expectations - Low pay and long hours - No work-life balance - Abysmal management that believes you should dedicate your life to the job for "business needs" while they can take can take time off anytime they want to - Little to no support - Lack of communication - Shady business practices Overall, in my professional career, this is quite literally the worst job and company I have ever worked for. Nobody in upper management cares about you or what you have going on, they just want to see "good rates and numbers." This is not only specific to the Irvine sites, I've heard horror stories from other sites too. Retention is low for a reason because management hands out promises that they never intend to keep. I strongly advise to avoid this company if you can.
