Sylvera is a revolving door. If you check on linkedin, many of their VP level execs are there for less than 1 year. They bring people in and fire them very quickly. No Product Market Fit - They are solving a problem for a VOLUNTARY market, so there is no real issue to solve and the solution isn't necessary so there is nothing to really sell. Culture - It's a very gossip based culture with trading on information. If you don't agree with their ideas, you're out. If you mess up once, you're out.
