Repeated disastrous management hires and constant changes of strategy have taken a market leader to lagging it's competitors in crucial areas. Company tries to portray itself as a SaaS company but in reality you'll be supporting bespoke consulting projects as they desperately try to chase any revenue available. Multiple layoffs and people being silently let go has destroyed morale. Peevish and untrusting culture make it incredibly difficult for new hires to succeed. This culture makes it at times a comically badly run parody of a startup.
