CEO is arrogant and publicly abusive if he disagrees with you. You don't meet with him, you're granted an audience with him. He has longtime sycophants that cower in his presence and fight each other for his favor. CEO plays favorites in the office and has no sense of the environment he's creating. He has lost many properties to bad business decisions but thinks he's a genius.
