Small company that was very agile. You had great influence on the direction of the company without a bunch of red tape. If your ideas were solid, upper management would listen and many times let you run with it.

Syclo no longer exists, we were purchased by SAP a few years back. After the merger, the mojo was lost as people and departments were assimilated into the SAP borg.

- Company is growing - Company is aligned with recession-proof customers (health care, utilities) - Company is willing to adapt to meet customer needs - Company is expanding to new markets and new platforms

- Lack of vertical movement - Company does not give raises - Lack of promotional opportunities from within - Poor benefits (no 401K matching, high health care costs)
