Pros
If you don't like being supervised this is the place for you. You will barely ever hear from anyone at office. You do receive mileage.
Cons
Pay rate for work load is degrading. I like helping my clients however it is alot of work and a good job should be recognized. Review process was ridiculous. My review was good but I honestly don't think supervisor has a clue what I actually do. Pay raise was never given. And mileage does not equal gas and wear and tear of vehicle.
