The atmosphere is conducive to productivity. There is a well-structured team dynamic in place that gives you a real sense of working towards a common goal. Management is always willing to offer guidance. The benefits they offer are great as well! I will say the building is pretty cool as well! Working in an old historic brewery was truly unique!

Things did get tense around trails. You may get pulled from your ordinary tasks to help out with tasks you are not very familiar with at times. Given the nature of the work and the urgency required at times it could get a little stressful.
