Swoop Response
2yThank you for your feedback. At Swoop, we take inclusivity very seriously and are committed to supporting people with disabilities. This is reflected in our flexible work arrangements offerings, specialised work equipment and home set up arrangements.
We recognise the need for empathy and support from middle management and place all people managers on our training programs to address this and measure it in our engagement surveys and performance reviews.
On the matter of compensation, we strive to align pay with performance, contribution to our culture and company success. It is unfortunate you have experienced a disconnect here; as we review our compensation policies bi-annually to ensure transparency, fairness and recognition of great people that contribute to the success of Swoop.
Aggressive HR practices are unacceptable, especially regarding support for people with disabilities. Our HR department creates practices and policies that put people in the centre and are aligned to our values of inclusivity.
Swoop expects a mutual commitment to our values and standards and is not for everyone. Our business environment is designed for those who are willing to uphold and contribute to a culture of excellence.
Thank you for your honesty. We will use your feedback to continue to drive improvements.
