      Pros

      A bunch of hard-working people who care about both consultants and clients. Company growing quickly and lots of opportunity for advancement. Flat org structure, no people on high....everyone close to clients and customers. Owners go above and beyond caring about their employees; from fun events and outings to making sure their employees are in good shape mentally, spiritually, and physically - the owners want you to be the best you can be both professionally and personally.

      Cons

      So much to do! There is always more and more to accomplish...we celebrate victories but the focus is always on not just becoming number 1 but staying there.

      Pros

      I have a contracted job at a big company that values me. Not Swoon.

      Cons

      Low pay. No paid holidays. 5 days to use as vacation or sick time. No communication to see how things are going at the company I work at. The company I work at authorizes a pay raise and Swoon takes more of the raise than they give to me. Health insurance offered does not cover anything major that may happen.
