Good company culture. Great work environment. Awesome co-workers. Interesting product space to work in. Decent opportunities for growth as a professional.

Pay is 30% below national average. Pay is essentially capped. 3% increase per year. Benefits are extremely lackluster. The focus on DEIB is to the detriment of everything else. We aren't hitting OKRs, why are we focusing on thus?
