      - Interesting and impactful work - Can work on a varety of project - Training is quite good for gurus and ops

      Cons

      - Many roles are being outsourced - Over half of recent hires don't make it past probation due to unrealistic expectations - Redundancies are often concealed under the guise of underperformance - Focus is on month to month sales, lacking forward vision

      Most people were amazing there and it could be fun.

      Too much pressure and very little support. Commonly felt belittled. Bit of a toxic culture started to develop.
