Pros

The pay Working from home Full-time Nothing else

Cons

Managers and team leads are trash and here is why: 1. They do not care about you and you’re just a number there that gets hired and 85% of the time they get rid of you before your 3 month probation ends and legally they do not have to tell you why they fired (which is why they get rid of the ones on probation because it’s easier). 2. When you’re working from home, you wake up 30-45 minutes before your shift and if you’re not feeling well and you message them, they will give you a no show for not emailing 2-3 hours before your shift, because somehow you’re supposed to know 3 hours in advanced. 3. Team leads are slow at answering questions and inquiries on the chats and sometimes they ignore your questions. They added a Resolution Team Line for when you need to escalate issues or transfer clients to them if the call needs to be transferred to someone of higher authority, but they never agreed to take calls even when the client would refuse to speak to us and insists on speaking to a supervisor or lead, they would always give you the rehearsed answer to pass on to the client. Management and leads failed to follow up with escalations to try and resolve issues. 4. Not enough support provided by the team leads to the agents. For example, there is nobody to assist with inquiries before 7 am, so if you start your shift at 5 or 6 am then you’re on your own until 7 am and the resolution team is useless as they do not answer the phone when you call them. 5. Team leads need more training as each one of them gives you a different answer and one of those answers might get you in serious trouble. So get your team together and train them properly instead of giving them rehearsed answers that they keep on using in chats whenever you ask them something. This company is TRASH
